Each month, Panorama magazine brings you the best from the world
of Porsche. Races, vintage car shows, technical articles, we cover
it all!
At Panorama, we never have room for all the pictures we'd like
to
share with our readers. Here are some photos that just wouldn't
fit
into the magazine this month.
Featured in the December issue is the first in a new series of
Panorama Technical Snapshots. This month the focus is on Porsche's
first mid-engined roadster, the 914, a car that has entered the
new century with an ever growing number of admirers who respect
them for their agile versatility, refreshing simplicity and high
fun quotient. Our gallery celebrates the 914 with a look at the
competition models that earned it a solid reputation on the track,
along with a couple of unusual variations on the 914 theme, all
photographed by Leonard Turner.

Fierce competitors and frequent winners in PCA
Parade autocrosses, the most recent 914 conquest
was accomplished by PCA national VP Tom Provasi,
whose wife, Sandy, took top women's honors with
the same unbeatable machine.
