August 2005

Each month, Panorama magazine brings you the best from the world
of Porsche. Races, vintage car shows, technical articles, we cover it all!

At Panorama, we never have room for all the pictures we'd like to
share with our readers. Here are some photos that just wouldn't fit
into the magazine this month.

This summer the big news is Porsche's introduction of a limited edition 911 Carrera in honor of PCA's 50th birthday. You read about it in July. Now take another look at the 2006 911 Club Coupe, of which only 50 will be built, one for each year of PCA's history.

Here are some images of the unveiling ceremony at the Hershey Porsche Parade, along with details shots of the 911 Club Coupe. And don't forget, as announced in last month's Panorama, Porsche AG and Porsche Cars North America have made it possible for one lucky PCA member to win a 911 Club Coupe. To find out more about the car and sign up for the sweepstakes, go to www.porsche.com/911clubcoupe . Meanwhile, may we present one gorgeous 911!

We refer you to the magazine for even more articles. How do you get your copy? Join PCA, Porsche Panorama is a prime benefit of membership!

The 911 Club Coupe is the first 997 to feature the X51 Powerkit, pushing the horsepower from the standard C2S's 355 to 381. It's visual signatures are the carbon fiber air cleaner housing and asymmetric exhaust tips of the sport exhaust.

Exclusive to the 911 Club Coupe is the color Azurro California, a blue metallic chosen to resonate with a 356 color from 1955, the year of PCA's birth.
