Existing Users

If you're having problems logging-on to pca.org, try some of the following hints:

• Enable the use of cookies in your browser. We find that this resolves 95% of users' log-in problems.
• Clear your browser's cache files. In Internet Explorer, do this by going to the top menu bar and selecting Tools, Options, and on the screen that appears, press Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files.
• If you're using a firewall connecting from a corporation, insure the firewall allows web traffic through (HTTP port 80 and HTTPS port 443). Some corporations and firewalls use NAT (Network Address Translation); this is fine.
• Use an up-to-date, mainstream browser. Old browsers do not work as well as contemporary ones.

New PCA Members

If you've just joined PCA, an account is normally created for you and you should've received an email from the National Office with your logon username and password. If you did not receive such a message, please try logging-in with a username and password according to the following:

Your username is in the form <first initial><last name><last 4 digits of PCA #>, and your password is "pca<last 4 digits of PCA #>". For example, John Smith #2006019876 will have this account and password:

• Username: jsmith9876
• Password: pca9876

Once you log in the first time, you should change your password.
