The Mart Rules

The Mart service is free to PCA members (print limit is one For Sale item and one Wanted item per month). Send your print listing to The Mart, PORSCHE PANORAMA, 912 Lullwater Road, Atlanta, GA 30307, fax 404-377-7041. Mart ads may be submitted online at pca.org. Copy must be received before 5 P.M. on the first of the month preceding month of publication. For example, copy for the March issue must be received before 5 P.M. on February 1. To ensure timely delivery by Postal Service Express Mail, be certain the waiver of signature and indemnity on the Express Mail form is signed. The PANORAMA office is not staffed at all hours and the absence of a waiver signature could result in delay of delivery.

1. Give your name, full address (required), zip code, area code and phone number. Only one phone number will be included. When selling a complete car, submit copy in this sequence: year, model, body style, serial number (advised, not required), plus other pertinent information.

2. Material must be typed double-spaced, or legibly written or printed on 8 by 11 paper, one side only. Do not send in items on tissue, post cards or odd-sized paper.

3. PANORAMA reserves the right to reject any ads submitted, or to edit them, is not responsible for any errors and does not guarantee compliance with the Regulations of the Federal Trade Commission.

4. One print item per PCA member is allowed in each category (For Sale and Wanted) per month. To repeat an ad, it must be resubmitted in complete form each month. Sorry, no ads can be taken by telephone.

5. Panorama ads are limited to 50 words, plus name, address and one phone number. Where e-mail addresses are included, deduct five words from the body copy word count. All items are subject to editing or shortening.

6. Items offered for sale must be the personal property of the PCA member and not connected with any business enterprise. Display advertising space at nominal rates is available in PANORAMA for products connected with a business. Contact Porsche Panorama at 404-378-9823 for display advertising rates. For PCA members whose advertising does not meet these requirements, a Commercial Classified section is provided. (See item 12 below.)

7. Items must be Porsche cars, engines, parts, accessories or Porsche-oriented products.

8. Unless expressly stated to the contrary in the copy submitted, the following conditions as to sale and purchase pertain:

   1. The quoted or offered price includes delivery.

   2. The item is suitable for use without rework. Repaint may be needed, rechrome will not be needed.

   3. The item will be shipped within 9 days of the order.

   4. If the buyer is not satisfied with the item, the price or deposit will be returned upon rejection and return within 10 days of receipt provided the item is in the same condition as received. Expense of return is on the buyer. The buyer waives all other rights.

9. Risk of loss and timeliness of delivery is on the seller for delivery and on the buyer for return.

10. Submission of any item to The Mart shall constitute an agreement to be bound by these terms, as shall any correspondence on items submitted.

11. The above shall not apply to complete motor vehicles advertised. As to these, the parties are left to their own arrangements.

12. Print Commercial Classified advertising is available to those who wish to purchase advertising for Porsche-related products or services that do not meet the requirements for regular sections of The Mart. Each item is limited to 50 words, plus name, address and phone number and must be accompanied by a check in the amount of $20, made payable to the Porsche Club of America, Inc. General conditions regarding insertion for The Mart apply, and PANORAMA reserves the right to edit or to reject any ads submitted.

13. Ads may be also be submitted online. This is a secure area of the Website that requires login.
