Driver Education at NJMP – Lightning Course

Join us September 12th through the 14th at the historic Roebling Road Raceway in Savannah, GA for a 2-day driver experience where you will learning how to test your drivers skills and more.
Your helmet MUST be at least a M2000 or SA2000. M95 and SN95 helmets will NO longer be allowed.
Track gates will remain OPEN till 9:00 PM on Friday night for late arrivals to drop trailers.
Because of hotel scheduling conflicts, we have elected to change our hotel for this upcoming DE event. Our event headquarters will now be the Comfort Suites - Savannah Airport, 1 Yvette J. St. Louis Region Parktown Carrera Classic
| The Carrera Classic, our bi-annual driver education event, is a great opportunity to learn and practice the techniques of high performance driving on the 1.6 mile road course at Gateway International Speedway.
Additionally, if you are not quite ready to drive in the event, but would like to learn the fundamentals and feel of high speed driving, we will again offer the
“High Performance Experience”. HPE students will attend classroom education sessions, view the course from a corner worker’s station and ride on the track
with an instructor. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Back by very popular demand, the lunchtime charity laps will be held each day. For a donation of $20 to the event’s designated charity anyone with a valid
