At Panorama, we never have room for all the pictures we'd like

share with our readers. Here are some photos that just wouldn't
fit
into the magazine this month.
The December issue celebrates Panorama's 50th anniversary with
stories from the past and views toward the future, including the
details on the debut of Porsche's new RS Spyder. For this month's
gallery, we show more of Leonard Turner's photos from the LMP2
spyder's maiden appearance at the Laguna Seca American Le Mans
Series finale. Those of you wishing for more detailed views of
the car can examine it here from many perspectives.

Sascha Maassen drove nearly three-quarters of the four-hour
event. He and teammate Lucas Luhr have been the primary
test drivers on the RS Spyder. In 2006 they will be joined
by Timo Bernard and Romain Dumas in the second team car,
while Patrick Long and Emmanuel Collard will join the
driving crew for the two long races at Sebring and Petit
Le Mans.
