Starting at the HAUPPAUGE PALACE DINER, located at the intersection of Route 347 (Smithtown Bypass) and Route 111, 3/4 mile east of Veterans Hwy (Route 454) in Hauppauge, L.I. (Follow Route 111 North from the L.I. Expressway  Exit 56.). Breakfast and registration in the Diner's club room. Please park in the back area of the diner. 

CVR PCA Fall Rally

September 22, 2019

The CVR PCA Fall Rally is the final installment of Rally in 2019 and will begin in Hampden, Massachusetts. The Rally will wind through the surrounding towns making its way from Massachusetts down to Connecticut. The Rally will be a Gimmick, course-following Rally including photo identification. Food will be Dutch treat at the starting and ending locations. We expect to be able to seat 40 to 50 participants at the finishing venue.

Starting Location:

Metro NY PCA Region will hold its Vintage Rally on Sunday July 14, 2019. This is a Fun Car Rally. Check in and meeting for registered participants opens 9AM on July 14th at PARK & RIDE, Exit 58 of the Long Island Expressway, West of Nichols Road on the North Side of the service road. 

First Car starts at 10:01AM. Cars will follow a pre-determined route, FINISHING at OSPREY’S DOMINION VINEYARD. 

Do not clean your car! We will stage an INFORMAL CAR SHOW at the Vineyard. A Free Bottle of Wine (Red or White), will be provided to each car.

A Fun Road Rally of about 2 hours

We will travel on the State Parkways of Long Island

As we make our way East and West, North and South cars will stop and pickup Poker cards at announced locations.

At the finish the teams with the best Poker hands will win.

Registration 8:00-8:30am

METRO N.Y. REGION FALL FOLIAGE RALLY

What better way to enjoy the fall foliage and your cars than a fun car rally/tour to be conducted by the Metro N.Y. Region of the Porsche Club of America on Sunday November 4.

Registration/meeting spot is the Metro PCA Headquarters, 734 Walt Whitman Rd. (Rte. 110), Melville, NY. This Fall Foliage Rally will be an easy rally. You can run it as a Tour of by answering questions about things you encounter along the route. Low Pressure, Hard to get Lost, and Fun for all is the Goal!!

Please join us for our third annual Easter gimmick rally: the Bunny Hop Road Rally (BHRR) on Saturday, April 7. Sign-in is at 9 am in the Costco parking lot at 11220 Dallas Parkway in Frisco, with first car out shortly after the drivers’ meeting at 9:30. We will end at the Hard Eight BBQ in The Colony for libation and lunch, a recap of the fun-filled route, and our prestigious award ceremony! The competition for the DLBF (Dead Last But Finished) Award is always fierce!

Metro's 62nd Snowflake Rally, reported to be the oldest continuously run event in PCA, is scheduled for January 28, 2018.
