Porscheplatz & corral: Continental Tire Monterey Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca

Event Type:

It’s professional road-racing time again in Monterey, CA. Porsche Cars North America and PCA will host our annual Porscheplatz and Porsche corral during the Continental Tire Monterey Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Porscheplatz dates are May 2 – 3, 2015. As usual, our Porscheplatz will feature a Porsche-only car corral where PCA members and/or Porsche owners may park and a hospitality tent where you can relax, watch the races on cable TV, and hear presentations by the Porsche North America team, drivers, and sponsors. Your ticket gives you access to the paddock, where you can see the cars and drivers up close and personal.

PCA members and Porsche owners are welcome to enjoy the hospitality tent by showing a valid PCA membership card or Porsche key.

The races feature the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship (TUSC), America’s premier sports car racing series. TUSC was created by the merger of GRAND-AM and the American Le Mans Series, both of which had a long history of competing at Laguna Seca. The championship features two styles of cars, Prototype and GT (Grand Touring). Each style of car has two classes, Pro and Pro-Am, meaning there are four classes of racing on track together, each battling for the overall lead or first in class.

In addition, two other competitive series will be competing during the weekend: The Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, which will feature ST and GS classes, and the Lamborghini Super Trofeo.

Don’t miss this chance to see some exciting racing on one of the premier road courses in the U.S. To purchase your tickets and car corral pass, please go to

Go to the car corral section at the bottom. Ticket prices are the same as last year. The car corral pass is $25. There are a variety of ticket options starting with a two-day pass available for online purchase for $65.00, and a three-day pass for online purchase at $75. Several other options are also available.
