Formula 1 World Famous BBQ party

For those of you attending the Formula 1 US Grand Prix in Austin this year, Hill Country Region (HCR) of PCA has an exclusive opportunity for you to dine at the Valhalla of Texas and U.S. BBQ...Franklin Barbecue!   Owner Aaron Franklin is known throughout the U.S. and internationally as one of the best BBQ chefs around.  He was even awarded a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef:  Southwest, and is the only chef who specializes in barbecue to ever be nominated, or receive, the award.  He travels the world offering up his Texas style brisket, ribs, sausage, pork and turkey and was recently in Sweden.  

HCR recently hosted two sold out nights of private dinners at Franklin, so we thought we would offer the opportunity for those coming to F1 to share the experience.  We invite you to join us for an exclusive HCR PCA Night at the world famous Franklin Barbecue!

HCR will host a private event that will include melt in your mouth brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey and sausage, along with sides of beans, potato salad and slaw. This also includes an open bar featuring Texas beers and a limited selection of wines.  Franklin offers a dedicated parking lot for their customers.

We have rented out the entire restaurant for Saturday, October 22, 2016, from 6:00-9:00pm.  The cost is $127 per person (includes tax and gratuity).  This may seem pricey but this is a rare, private dining experience at a place that was listed on “the 50 Best BBQ Joints in the World” by Texas Monthly magazine.  Plus it includes a three hour open bar and possibly seconds, if you have enough room in your belly.
