45th Anniversary Florida Citrus Region -- PCA

Please join us to celebrate Florida Zonefest 2019, marking the 45th Anniversary of Florida Citrus Region PCA. This PCA Zone 12 weekend has a long history, and will be held Memorial Day weekend -- May 24-26, 2019, at the historic Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora. 

Friday night will feature a reception at the Lakeside Inn with heavy hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar. 

Then on Saturday morning we will move to the Howie Mansion in Howey in the Hills for a Concours Car Competition. Classes to be announced. A tour of the mansion and lunch are included in the registration. 

On Saturday afternoon we will tour through the back roads of Central Florida ending on the porch of the Lakeside Inn for a free Keg Party. 

Saturday evening is dinner on your own, choose one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Mt. Dora.

On Sunday morning, we will hold an autocross at the Lake Country Sheriffs facilities on Frankies Road a few miles from the Inn. See attached for Autocross Classes.

To wrap up this exciting weekend, we will have a banquet Sunday evening at the Lakeside Inn to celebrate the Florida Citrus 45th Anniversary. Awards will be given for the concours and AX at the banquet and there will be a raffle for a host of donated good and services. 

The Lakeside Inn has recently been updated. Banquet facilities and rooms are fresh and very attractive. Rates for most rooms is $149. and there is a limited number of deluxe rooms at a slightly higher rate. A block of rooms has been reserved until April 4. Reserve now! After that, rooms will be released to the general public. Contact the hotel directly (352-383-4101) and mention Florida ZoneFest or register online at lakeside-inn.com using the code "zone" to receive the $149 rate.

Confirmations will be on the time of payment basis. Early bird registration, including payment, is $135 per person and includes the cost of the Reception, Concours, Saturday lunch, Howie Mansion tour, Drive Tour, AX and Banquet. After March 1st registration or payment is $155 per person. Note. To order a shirt for a "co-driver", order as "additional shirt" at $0 cost.
