I am in the process of restoring a 1974 gray-market 911S. The other day, while attempting to attach a new stainless heat exchanger, one of the exhaust studs got pulled out, Time-Sert included. Do you know of a relatively easy way to repair the pulled stud? Also, to prevent this kind of situation in the future, do you know the amount of torque required to tighten the heat exchanger to the cylinder heads? Does 20 Nm (~15 ft-lbs) sound correct?
