Starting a 911 that has been sitting for several years

Model: 1989, Year:911, Mileage:80,000, Type of use:Street use only
I have a 1989 911 that has been sitting for five years in the garage and was not started/ driven during that time. Engine turns over fine but will not start. I have removed the old gas from the tank - it smelled bad but had not changed consistency. Tank is clean (no rust, gunk) etc. What are appropriate next steps?

2.7 RS MFI and ethanol

Model: 911S, Year:1974, Mileage:170K, Type of use:Both Street & Track
I'm looking for advice on the effects of the up to 10% ethanol blends that are now commonplace, will have on the MFI system over time. I have a '74 911S with the '73 spec RS motor and MFI. Also any suggestions for preventing damage to the system. I store the car with a fuel stabilizer, but still worry about moisture.

adjusting fuel mixture for altitude

Model: 911, Year:1976, Mileage:150k, Type of use:Street use only
my 911 has always been at sea level..ran great..now I live at 8600,seems to be running rich..If I adjust co for this altitude, will I have to readjust when I drive back to sea level. Will it be too lean at sea level ?Don't want to fry it...Thank you GENE

cold start problem

Model: 911 SC, Year:1982, Mileage:70K , Type of use:Street use only
Warm start is fine. When cold, must give gas or won't start. Starts and dies, even with gas for first two or three tries, then will run as long as you give it gas. After 30 seconds with gas will continue to run with foot off gas.

When the ignition is turned on, and left on for a few moments I hear the fuel pump operating. If left on too long I get fuel leaking. This can't be normal? What might the issue be?ThanksRichard
