oil pressure gage 1979 930

Model: 930, Year:1979, Mileage:53,000, Type of use:Street use only
I recently changed the oil on my 1979 930 and now once the engine is warned up at highway speeds the dash gage seems to bounce up and down when the pressure is at the upper levels of the gage. This doens't happen when the engine is cold. I installed WIX high flow filter, could this be the problem or is the sending unit faulty? Engine seems to have pleanty of oil but this eratic gage gives me some concern.I use BradPenn 10-40 wt oil. Thanks for any thoughts you have on this issue.

I am considering installing a zork tube. I hear they decrease turbo lag a little. Are they a good mod or not? I also am considering installing the straight pipe from my waste gate. Thank you for your answer in advance.

Compared to the 1997 993 C4S with the inherent problem of the secondary air - carbon build up and check engine light coming on, does the 1997 993 Twin Turbo and the Turbo S have the same issues?

Recently bought a '97 993 TT with 40k miles that had engine work that included new rods (carillo sp?), Andial turbos/ intercooler and exhaust (done when it had 34k on it ). Runs great except for noisy lifters when cold which goes away when warmed up ( they were not up graded with the engine mods). Should I worry about any engine problems until I can replace them in a couple of months when I have the $ or do it sooner? I drive it daily and will put about 600 mi/ mo. thanx

Do the watercooled turbo engines have the same RMS and intermediate shaft problems as do the normally aspirated powerplants? Have been looking at purchasing one of the early watercooleds and was wondering what sort of upgrading I would need to consider before making such a purchase.

Difference between 3.6 and 3.3 turbos

Model: 356C, Year:1963, Mileage:45,000, Type of use:Street use only
Hello,I am interested to buy a 1991-1994 turbo. Could you tell me the main differences between the 94 3.6 and 91-93 3.3 cars. Although I would like the 3.6, I am not sure it is worth the extra money, particularly if I plan to do some engine mondifications, etc. Please let me know your advise.Regards,Chris
