Original seats or sport seats upgrade?

Sir,

I have a 1987 930, 911 Turbo. I am having some engine work done and while not in service, the seats will be sent out for new skins. The repair shop owner has a set of sport seats which would look great and they need recovering as well. Also, shop owner would like to upgrade exhaust to Euro twin, dual exhaust spec on some of the 1989 models. Once again not original but very cool looking. Would these two modifications reduce the car's value?

Thank you,

Martin

Sagging headliner

My question involves the headliner of my 2009 911 Turbo. It is all Leather and it is sagging. I just purchased the car but sagging was not apparant to me until I drove on frwy with windows open and headliner "flapping: up and down. I reviewed your Tech questions and found a Sagging Headliner category but only one question on a 993. You remarked this question of first impression on this issue.

Leather Dash Option

Vehicle Information: Year: 1986; Engine (Size, Modifications): 3.3; Total Mileage: 32000;

When did the 930 stop having the all-leather dash? I have an 86 without the stitched leather dash, and I have seen a few others without it as well - but the majority of 86s appear to have the leather, while few cars from 87+ have it. Thanks!

Removeable Hard Top

I have a 2004 turbo cabriolet and I recently purchased a removeable hard top. I read somewhere that Porsche (or someone) made a removeable cover for the interior front locking mechanism. This part is not found in the Porshce parts manual. Any idea how I could track one down?
