Bilstein strut vs OEM Strut

My rear right strut is bleeding and thus need replacing. I am a little confused, however, as to the difference between OEM strut and the Bilstein B4 and B6 strut. The OEM strut seems to be going at a much higher price then both B4 and B6 at reputable vendors. But research seems to show that B4 is basically exactly the same as OEM which is also made by Bilstein and B6 is an upgrade. So would it be a no brainer to go for the B4 and a good idea to consider B6 as an upgrade?

clicking noise rear suspension

Model: Boxster S, Year:2002, Mileage:50K, Type of use:Street use only
2002 boxster S with 50k miles everything is original.Going over rough road I hear a clicking nose from theright rear suspension. I've had 911's for 25 years and know the sound from bad cv's. Is there something else back there that can be causing this click. It almost sounds like a bad shock. Thanks

Grinding front end

Model: Boxster, Year:2003, Mileage:18000, Type of use:Street use only
I have owned my 03 Boxster for 3 months and I just noticed a gringing noise when stopped or at low speeds when I turn my wheels from left to right.

bump stops are deterioration

Model: boxster, Year:1997, Mileage:67000, Type of use:Street use only
the bump stops on the front are deteriorating and one is gone. Is there a way to replace these without removing the struts?

Suspension "Squeak"

Model: Boxster, Year:2003, Mileage:50,000, Type of use:Street use only
I get a "squeaking" sound from my front suspension like we used to get years ago when we had to gease the suspension. It only seams to hapeen after I've driven for a while and its only noticible at low speed when going over uneven pavment and when I get out of the car and unweight it.I remember in the 1980's have the sway bar bushings sprayed with some kind of lubricant to stop the sqweaking sound. Could this be the problem and the fix?

2005 Boxster Trunk Thump

Model: Boxster , Year:2005, Mileage:38000, Type of use:Street use only
Not sure if it's the same noise as I've seen posted here or not. typically it's a little cooler out. But when driving at 25 to 35 mph over moderate bumps I hear a thump from the back of the boxster. Not sure if it's shocks or what.

Model: Boxster S, Year:2001, Mileage:52K mi, Type of use:Street use only
My 2001 Boxster S is currently wearing the inside of the two rear tires. The front tires are fine. Is there enough camber adjustment to correct this? Audi TT's have limited adjustment travel but I am not sure about the Boxster. I am going to go to an Audi dealer for the alignment as there is no Porsche dealer within 110 miles. Any experiences appreciated.David

Cayman Camber

Vehicle Information: Model (Boxster, Boxster S,Cayman, Cayman S): Cayman S; Year: 2006; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.4; Total Mileage: 40000; Transmission: Manual;

What is the stock camber on a 2006 Cayman S? Michelin recommends a negative 2-3 degrees for the cup series. I get excessive wear during high speed cornering on the outer edge of the tires at DE events. Will camber plates with more camber help this problem?

Strut Brace

Vehicle Information: Model (Boxster, Boxster S,Cayman, Cayman S): Boxster S; Year: 2004; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2; Total Mileage: 31000; Transmission: Manual;

I use my Boxter S Anniversary for street & Aggresive canyon driving, you did suggest installing the strut brace,but should I install both the front & rear? or is just the front enough? Any preference between carbon or aluminum? Will I be able to install all the plastic covers back in place & are there any modifications or cutting required to do so?Thank You
