How many hours (real time, not flat-rate) should it take a qualified Porsche mechanic to install the RoW 030 suspension (springs, struts, sway bars, bushings), not including alignment?I've been told that a qualified Porsche mechanic with a lift and air tools can easily do this in one hour per corner or four hours total. Correct?Thank you

leaking axle boot

Vehicle Information: Year: 2000; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2 stock; Total Mileage: 27195; Transmission: Manual;

During the warranty repair of my 2000 Boxster S rear main seal the left (?)inner axle boot was found to be leaking. Parts were ordered (911-332-259-01 diff fla, 928-332-293-02 joint boot, 911-332-257-00 cv boot clamp 7, 928-332-257-01 cv boot clamp 3) and are now in. The chief technician had suggested to me that when these leak they always replace the whole axle. Would you suggest I request a new axle or let them proceed with the boot repair?

Our Porsche dealer found a leaking left rear strut on my 15,000 maintenance inspection. Will the replaced strut require an aligment? Should both struts be replaced?Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
