1968 911S Fuel odor inside car

Fuel System

Vehicle Information: Model: 911S; Year: 1968; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.0L; Total Mileage: 100000;

There is a strong gas odor inside the car, and I can't figure out where it's coming from. I've replaced the fuel line from the tank to the engine. I sealed the back seat and back panel. Looks like it's coming from the front fuel tank breather, but don't know how to fix this? Is there a one-way valve that can be installed? And where else can the smell come from? I've sealed up the heater flaps at the engine compartment. Where else can the smell come from?
