1974 2.7 valve timing

Engine

Vehicle Information: Model: 911; Year: 1974; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 225,000;

My VIN indicates that my car came with a standard 2.7 motor. There is no engine number on the motor itself. The cam shafts carry the part number for the 911S motor. (911.105.143.00 & 911.105.144.00) My question is: should I time the valves using the standard 2.7 spec (0.80 mm) or the 911S spec (0.50 mm)?Also, should I take this measurement at exactly 0 degrees TDC of the intake stroke?
