1977 911S Brake Lights

Brakes

Vehicle Information: Model: 911s; Year: 1977; Body Type: Targa; Total Mileage: 880000;

My brake lights quit working. The fuse and bulbs are good as the backup lights run off the same circuit and they work. I did as my manual said and took the wood floor board off but do not see the switch or any switch wires that are suppose to be there. I have 2 hydraulic switches on the master cylinder I think. My book shows this setup on a 930. Are these the ones that control the brake lights? I have power to each switch and when I jump wires the right brake light comes on. Is there a better way to test or is this not the switch i am looking for? I need to fix it ASAP as i got a ticket and the clock is ticking! Thanks in advance. Seems alot of things aren't as they are suppose to be on my car!
