1981 versus 1991 Front valance aerodynamic lift

Body

Vehicle Information: Year: 1981; Engine (Size, Modifications): 3.3L, Crankfire, Garretson I/C, SC cams, K27, niresist.; Total Mileage: 45,300;

The front bodywork of the 911 Turbo through 1989 had a bumper that over hung the front valance. In 1991 the C2 Turbo front valance eliminated that overhang. What is the difference in aerodynamic lift between these two front valances? It would appear that the C2 front valance offers less lift. The over hanging surface on the earlier bumper/valance would appear to trap upward flowing air causing more lift. I'm sure Porsche has developed these measurements of aerodynamic lift, but I have never seen them published. In fact it would be interesting to see these numbers for all generations of the 911 Turbo. If these numbers are published somewhere please let me know.
