1982 911 SC underbody oil line repair

Engine

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 SC; Year: 1982; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 98,000;

My car has a partially collapsed oil line right where the lines pass above the jacking point ahead of the rear wheel. Oil still can circulate to the cooler loop, but I would like to repair or replace this pipe anyway. I can't find a re-cycle part and am a little leery of contamination that may be present in used oil lines. How do others fix this problem? I know my SC is not the only one with sqaushed oil pipes! Thanks.
