1982 911SC Power window switch, head lights

Electrical

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Euro SC; Year: 1982; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 90,250;

I recently purchased a 1982 Euro SC. The passenger side window would not operate from either the driver side or the passenger side. I removed the driver side panel and replaced the passenger side switch. The window worked fine. Before replacing the panel I tried it again and the passenger side window would not go up or down. I then went to the luggage compartment and using circuit light found there was no current across the fuse. I put a new fuse in and there was still no current. I replaced the relay and got current across the fuse. I then tried the switches for both the passenger and driver side windows and they worked perfectly. Before replacing the panel, I tried them again and neither the switch controlling the driver window or the switch controlling the passenger window would work and once again ther was no power across the 21 fuse. The driver side switch controlling the driver side window, which had always worked previously, would not work. Secondly, when driving home the other night and prior to replacing the non-working window switch, my low beam lights suddenly went out. I could switch to high beam which worked and when I would switch back to low beam the would come on for about 10 -20 seconds and then go out. Could there be a problem with my ignition switch?
