1984 944 Intermittently won't start

Electrical

Vehicle Information: Year: 1984; Total Mileage: 114,000;

I have a intermittent problem. Sometime after the car has heated up and I park and leave the car for about 10 minutes when I come back the car will not start. When I turn the ignition key nothing happens. The engine does not turn over, thei is no clcking sound but the A/C will come on and the also the radio. I had the battery checked and it OK. If I turn is the ignition key and push the car it jump starts at once.Since I have not been able to duplicate the problem in the shop, I first had the starter replaced thinking after 100,000 plus miles it was going bad. I still had the same problem. Last week I had the ignition replaced on the car. I was told that there is nothing else that could cause the problem. The car still has the same problem. I have noticed that the only time I have this problem is when the outside temperature is about 100 degrees and the car is running very hot. I live in Las Vegas. The repair station says there are no other electrical items on the switch. Do you have any suggestion as to what is causing the problem and the solution. Since the problem cannot be duplicated in the shop I have a real problem.
