1985 911 Carrera Engine Power

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 carrera; Year: 1985; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2 performance cams, exhaust, port&polish; Total Mileage: 155000;

I had Motor Meister rebuild motor after crank broke at pulley. After rebuild motor was down on power from beginning. Their tech said rings needed to seat properly and then compression would go up. This did happen and I now have close to spec compression in all cylinders, however power is still down considering performance upgrades I had done. The warranty for work has expired and my mechanic that did the install says he thinks the cam timing is off despite the rebuild shops claim everything is perfect. I am hoping any experienced member can lend some advice.
