1985 911 SC Clutch "chatter"

Transmission and Clutch

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carrera ; Year: 1985; Body Type: Targa; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2; Total Mileage: 77,300;

I just bought this beauty last week and am very happy about it. I am however experiencing a "chatter" when I let the clutch pedal come up in first gear (from stand still) The mechanic of the repairshop, who maintained the car for the previous owner, told me that this maybe because the car has not been driven much(according to the shop records only 200 miles since last September) the clutch plate may have some rust spot on its surface and the chatter probably will disappear when driven regularly, The shop performed an inpection of the motor mounts,clutch linkages and adjustments and all checked out OK, a clutch slip test (2nd gear standstil with handbrake on)the clutch does not slip, any suggestions?
