1985 928 BeltTensioner Assembly

Engine

Vehicle Information: Year: 1985; Engine (size, modifications): 5.0 Liter 32 Valve; Total Mileage: 79000; Transmission type: Autotomatic;

I have a 1985 928 that I am replacing the timing belt and water pump on. I have pulled the hydraulic tensioner to rebuild and have come across two issues. 1) There were no bleeders, only plugs. In order to charge with 90 weight oil, bleeders are required correct? 2) In looking at the boot, there is an outer retaining ring, but it appears there should be an inner clip that seals the boot around the shaft. There was not a clip on the tensioner when I removed it from the car and I did not receive one in the package with the boot. Is this required? Do you happen to know the part number? I cannot seem to find it on PET.
