1985 944 Suspension Upgrades

Suspension

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944): 944; Year: 1985; Engine (type, size, modifications): 2.5; Total Mileage: 144,000;

I would like to increase the handling performance of my street 944 which I occasionally take out for DE events. There are many things one could do from new lowering springs, heavier front and rear sway bars, etc. However, where would money best be spent to get the most for the buck if I am not looking to do everthing at once? I drive the car everyday. I have just purchased R compound tires for track use. Obviously the car handles pretty well to begin with but I would like to minimize body roll. The shocks (while not the best) are pretty new. Car has original springs and original front/rear sway bars. What would you do first other than work on the driver!!
