1986 944 Electrical Woes

Electrical

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944): 944 N.A.; Year: 1986; Engine (type, size, modifications): I-4 2.5L N.A. no modifications; Total Mileage: 162,224 kilometers;

I noticed a bulb was burnt on the driver's front marker. I eventually find a correct wattage and style of bulb to fit it and then realize this scenario. The only thing that lights up are the headlights and my tailights, as in brakes and lamps. The signals work also, but no fogs or markers. I check the fuse box and BOTH 48 and 49 I believe are blown; the ones for left and right markers. As soon as I go to put a fuse in, it blows. I go to turn the rear wiper on and nothing. After closer inspection I notice it will move without it touching the glass, but once pressure is applied it wont' move the wiper. It works but not good strong enough; maybe a bad ground? My power roof opens and closes, but the arms won't retract in key position one to take the roof out. I also noticed that the roof motor wants to keep going once the roof is up all the way. Before it used to cut-out. I had to readjust the slide in the rear of the car where the switches are, so the roof stops once it's fully closed.
