1987 911 Carrera brake upgrade

Brakes

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Targa; Year: 1987; Body Type: Targa; Engine (type, size, modifications): Stock 3.2; Total Mileage: 350,000 kms;

How can I prevent cracked rotors.I upgraded my car's brakes to the boxter monoblock rotors and calipers at the same time I upgraded the exhaust to SSI's and started using R compound tires. I also added some "starp on" brake cooling ducts. But my increased track speed and greater braking power is causing a very high rotor wear/failure. I have used both stock and Pagid blue brake pads and have tried slotted rotors and non-slotted. Do I need more cooling or is there possibly a better pad/rotor combination that will prvent my rotors from cracking and warping.
