1987 911 Carrera High oil pressure on start-up

Engine

Vehicle Information: Model: Carrera; Year: 1987; Body Type: Targa; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2 liter, Weltmeister chip, cat bypass; Total Mileage: 106,400;

When first staring the engine, the oil pressure gauge reads about twice as high as recommended when fully warmed up i.e.,approx 2+ bar/1000 rpm versus 1.1 +/- bar/1000 rpm when warm. When the oil temp reaches around 190 degrees or so, the oil pressure returns to the 1.1 bar/1000 rpm.Is this a problem situation and, if so, what should I do for it? Also, the oil seems to take an inordinate amount of time to reach 190 degrees - and never seems to exceed it even in summer. I recognize that, being an air cooled engine, the ambient air temp has to affect oil temps, but how long should it take to reach "fully warmed" temp when the ambient temp is about 50 degrees F?
