1987 911 Carrera Supercharger Intercooler

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carrera Coupe; Year: 1987; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): Supercharged engine Paxton SN95; Total Mileage: 160,000;

I recently had a intercooler custom made and put on my 1987 Carrera which is supercharged (Paxton SN95). I have noticed a pressure drop on the intake from about 9.5lbs. to about 7lbs. Also the engine miss fires when holding the speed constant at 3200RPM or higher. However, under full acceleration or deceleration it seems to run OK. This just occurs when trying to hold the speed constant. I have also noticed a pressure drop during this time. When I hold the speed constant at 3000RPM the supercharger is starting to put out about -10lbs of boost. When the RPM is increaded to 3200RPM the engine starts to miss fire and the boost drops to about -15lbs. I have had the entire intake system checked out and they say they can't find anything wrong. Could you PLEASE help me out here. I have no idea what to check next.
