Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 924S; Year: 1987; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 114669;

This may be a stretch but I recall reading a post on a oil leak that is a common issue but cannot find the info but memory tells me I read it here. The issue is about an oil leak that is common and if this gasket is not installed just right there will be a leak. Now the location is above the crank seal and but not one of the drive belts system seals. This leak appears to be from the plate right behind the crank pulley and the upper left, as I can tell, what would be the oil pump housing I guess. Many of 10mm bolts attach this "plate" as I call it. So is there a gasket in there that is a leaker or does any of the staff recall such an issue? It definetly is not the oil pump seal on the crank.It has been a slow but consistant leak that has been going on for quite some time and would like to get a little info/homework before digging in.
