1987 924S Oil & coolant

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 924S; Year: 1987; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 49,100;

Thanks for the recent answers to my previous questions. I appreciate the much needed assistance. I now have another issue. I purchased a 1987 924S with 49k miles that was driven less than 2k miles over the last three years. A PPI revealed what the mechanic believed to be 1-2 small drops of motor oil in the coolant overflow reservoir. I was told that the oil cooler seal may need to be replaced. I have driven the car about 200 miles since the purchase and there are no additional drops of oil(?) in the coolant, and the car isn't leaking any fluids that I can see. My garage floor is 100% dry. I intend to flush the radiator and change the coolant as part of my routine maintenance plan. Is that a wise choice or should I be proactive and have the seal replaced? How do I know for sure that the seal is the problem or that there is in fact a problem? I recognize that oil shouldn't be in the coolant assuming it is oil. Could there be any other potential issues brewing?
