1987 944 clutch not disengaging

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 944; Year: 1987; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 101000;

When tensioning my timing belt I was cranking the engine over by hand on the crankshaft. I finished and got in the car to start it up and realized I had left it in first gear. I could tell by the dust marks on the tread that while I was cranking it over by hand, one of the rear tires was barely dragging on the ground (no LSD, and it was jacked up on one side).I start it up and it runs fine. I try to put it in gear, but it won't. I shut it off and it goes into gear. I figured out the clutch wasn't completely disengaging. (It grinds going into reverse). I bled the clutch every way possible (vacuum, pressure, manual 2 person method)What could I possibly have done to it?
