1988 911 Carrera Loose Wires Under Dash

Interior

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carrera Coupe; Year: 1988; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2L stockj; Total Mileage: 42,000;

While preparing my car for DE, I noticed a loose wire connector hangingdown below the ashtray. I have no idea where it belongs. The connectorhas four wires (Blue/white, Blue, Brown, and Red/white) (the second coloris the narrow stripe) The wire is not long enough to fit to anything notin the area above the ashtray or a little to the right or left of it. Ido not have a sunroof. Could this be for an option I do not have? Theconnector has a white paper label on it with 24 47 hand written on it.Second (related) question. Right with the above wire is a tiny grain ofwheat light bulb with blue and brown wires. It goes on an off with theheadlights. There is one light bulb over the ashtray. Could it be thatthere should be two there? If so, how do I get to it? My hand will notfit into this area. Remove the box bolted under the dash just to theright of the ashtray? Is this the cruise control module?
