1988 944 Engine oil and brake fluid

Engine

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 944; Year: 1988; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 90k;

I read an article in the October issue of Panorama about the reduction of ZDDP levels in oil and the possible harm it could cause to older engines. I recently purchased a 1988 944 and changed the oil with Castrol GTX 10w50; according to the previous owner this was all that was used in the car. Do you think the reduction of ZDDP in oil is a serious concern? If so could you recommend an appropriate brand and viscosity. In addition I will be changing the brake fluid with ATE super blue. Is it necessary to bleed the clutch when changing the brake fluid?
