It has been raining here in NJ for 40 days and 40 nights now and I think that my 1988 951 is getting waterlogged. Yesterday while taking a fast left bend I noticed a stream of water pouring from the panel to the right of the glovebox door. When I got home I cleared out the glove box to find about an inch of water there. I'm assumed that I had a leak in the battery box area. I haven't been able to check yet as it's still raining. This morning while driving a fast right hand bend I felt my right foot and ankle getting wet. I noted water coming from the large black plastic housing for the heating/cooling system. I also noted a spritz of water from the face level dashboard vents when I had the blower on full power. My car is in very good condition but it has to sleep outside for now until the new garage is built in July.
