1988 944S Rear sway bar installation

Suspension

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 944S; Year: 1988; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 156,000;

I am adding a used factory rear sway (stabilizer) bar to my 944S which did not originally come with one. I have all of the original mounting hardware including the camber eccentric bolts to which the sway bar attaches. What is the easiest way to replace the old eccentric bolts with the new ones? Can this be done without changing the camber? If not, can I mark the eccentric bolts and then reinstall them in the same position? Can this be done with the wheels on ramps or must I have the wheels off of the ground? I welcome any advice that you might have.
