1989 911 Carrera WithTurbo Brake Upgrade.

Vehicle Information: Model: 911; Year: 1989; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): 3.2L; Total Mileage: 65,000;

I have recently upgraded on my 1989 911 my brakes to 930 calipers and rotors and a 23mm mastercylinder. Does the turbo come with a rear brake line bias restrictor as does the non turbo cars? I was told that I may not need to remove this for my new setup. Other then obvious reasons such as rear wheel lockup prior to front wheel, what is the recommended technique to determine it your brake bias is in need of alteration?
