Hi guys, this isn't a question, but some feedback. I see several members have complained about all heat and no air. I had this same problem and after removing the small cover along side the top of the console on the driver side (two phillips head screws) I could see the linkage rod from the servo motor that controls the lower flap (which lets hot air in, lot's of it!). The small plastic clip had broken and the linkage rod was no longer connected. It's a 15 minute fix and would be the first thing I'd check before the electrical process. I did an article on this in Excellence and we received a lot of feed back from other owners with the same problem. Hope this helps, thanks for the good info.
