1989 944 Turbo Maximum braking performance

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 944 Turbo; Year: 1989; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 199,000 kms;

I use my '89 944 Turbo for everyday use, autocross and Drivers Ed events. The brakes are stock, with a new master cylinder, stainless steel lines and everything has been flushed with ATE super blue fluid (including the clutch master). The ABS was disconnected by the previous owner, and I use Pagid Orange pads during DE events.Everything seems to funtion properly, but it doesn't seem to have the maximum braking power I would expect. No matter how rapidly or with how much force I apply the brakes, the brakes will NOT lock up, and the pedal has more travel than 964 C2s than I have driven. I'm curious if I should be looking at the power brake booster next, or is there something else that I am not considering?
