1990 964 cylinder studs REVISED

I asked you about the stock dilavar cylinder studs, are they ok to use. After reading your reply and a couple of other sites, I think it is a wise choice to use ARP. I just recieved my studs. What is the correct way to remove the old studs without damaging the through bolt oil seals? I just put the case together and it went smooth. I should have made this choice first but this is where I, am at now.Thanks for all your help in the past. Almost forgot, is there any truth that some people say that the ARP studs don't expand at the same rate as dilavar and the head nuts will lose some of there torque?
