1991 944S2 Upgrade to M030 brakes

Vehicle Information: Model(924/944/968): 944S2; Year: 1991; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 144,000;

I have a 944S2 without the M030 option. I would like to upgrade to M030 brakes. I understand that only the front brakes are different. What new parts do I need besides the calipers, discs, and pads? Is the master cylinder different? Are the brake lines different? Is the proportioning valve different? I have read that the calipers mount differently. What new parts do I need for that? My front wheels are 7J x 16 H2, but I don't know if they are 55 or 52.3 mm offset, my rear wheels are 8J x 16 H2, 52.3mm offset. From what I understand, my front wheels will accommodate the M030 brakes regardless of whether they are 55 or 52.3mm offset. Is there a different brake upgrade you would recommend given the cost of this upgrade? The car will see mostly street use with one or two driver education events a year.
