1993 RS America How to Prevent Loss of Brake Fluid with the ABS system

Vehicle Information: Year: 1993; Body Type: Coupe; Engine (type, size, modifications): STOCK; Total Mileage: 33500;

My 1993 RS America needs brake rotor replacement, and at the same time I will replace the brake hoses. I intend to use grooved frozen rotors, DOT legal stainless steel brake hoses, Hawk pads, and ATE Super Blue brake fluid. Is this a good combination for a car that will see 10 DE days per year?My question is: when I open the hydraulic system, do I need to prevent a total loss of brake fluid? If I must maintain fluid in the system, how is this achieved? And finally, if I lose all of the fluid, how can I fill the ABS system without trapping air bubbles? I have a pressure bleeder which I'd used in the past at approximally 15 psig with total success, but I'd never let the system totally drained of brake fluid. Thank you for your response.
