1995 993 Clutch Adjustment

Transmission and Clutch

Vehicle Information: Model: 993 C2; Year: 1995; Body Type: Cabriolet; Total Mileage: 70,000;

In the last year, I have had the clutch and pressure plate replaced, after which I had a clutch hang problem. I then had the master and slave cylinders replaced and had the clutch pedal lever arm replaced. Since then, its seems like I have to push the clutch pedal hard into the floor for it to fully disengage. It is sometimes hard to do the shifts to 2nd and 3rd unless I slam the clutch into the floor or put in into neutral and depress the clutch a second time to put it into the next gear. This is both warm and cold operation. Also, sometimes when cold and slamming the clutch pedal to the floor, its seems like the car sometimes pops out of first gear on its own. Is there some type of an adjustment on the clutch pedal to change the point of full disengagement or does this sound like a syncro or other transmission problem? Thanks for your help as always.
