Joel: Here is an unusual problem! Hope my explanation is understandable. The small flap inside the fuel filler tube, hinged, and visible under the gas cap when refuelling, has lodged behind the male tube that runs to the gas tank!! So, it is always open. I believe its purpose is to prevent excess evaporation? I can pull it closed with a metal hook, with some difficulty, yet it lodges open every time I introduce the fuel filler. I think the male tube to the tank needs to be moved "down" a bit. Easy and safe to do, or a job for the pros? Thanks for your great Q&A's!! Rick
