1995 993 Lowering 993 C4

Suspension and Steering

Vehicle Information: Model: 993 Carrera 4; Year: 1995; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 86,000;

I want to lower my car. I have reached my potential at the track (annual DE) with it the way it is, but I do not want to turn it into a race car. I drove a 1995 C2 that had been lowered and like it.I understand there is a european spec for this. What is the simplest (least expensive - springs only, or springs and shocks) but most effective method? There are alignment and suspension specialists in my area. Should I have them do the work or go to a dealer? The car is pure stock. Are there other upgrades you think I should make to the suspension while at it?I am keeping this car although it has 86,000 miles because there is no Porsche I like more! I recently bought a 2000 Boxster S for a daily driver, and noticed how tight it feels compared to the C4.What should I do?Region: OVRCity: CincinnatiTotal Mileage: 86,000Car Use: Combination Street and Track
