1996 993 Time for a transmission rebuild?

Transmission and Clutch

Vehicle Information: Year: 1996; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 26500;

I'm experiencing a clunk shifting from 1st to 2nd. I don't really sense grinding, but the shifting definitely isn't smooth and the clunk is very noticeable. If I shift very slowly (1-2 seconds) it happens less frequently and shifting very quickly and at higher RPM's seems to lessen it as well. I feel it very slightly from 2nd to 3rd but not really in other gears. And it doesn't happen when downshifting into 2nd, only upshifting from 1st.I recently had the clutch and flywheel replaced - LWF and RS clutch - and am using Mobil 1 fluid. This had no impact one way or the other on the shifting. I know it's hard to diagnose without driving the car, but does this sound like a worn 2nd gear synchro? If I opt to replace it, does it make sense to do all 6 while the tranny is out and open?Anything else it could be besides the synchro?Thanks, as always.State: NJModifications: LWF and RS clutchTotal Mileage: 26500Car Use: Street use only (for current owner, but don't know about 2 previous owners)
