Hello Joel,TO start, I wanted to say how great it is to find such a rich source of Porsche technical information. After recently acquiring a 1997 993 C4S, I find myself relearning how to properly operate a 6-speed manual transmission (having been spoiled for many years by primarily driving automatics).In order to minimize wear & tear on the clutch/synchros would you mind greatly helping out a new fellow Porsche enthusiast with reinforcing proper technigue?? Specifically, the correct method for manipulating throttle/clutch pedals along with RPM's while launching from a complete stop (on the flats & more importantly starting out on hills) followed by correct upshifting/downshifting.After searching the PCA database I've come up with bits and pieces but am hoping to obtain a complete procedure...Any insight is sincerely appreciated.Thanks Joel!Dan, Dan the shifting Man
