1998 911 Clearcoat flaking

Vehicle Information: Model: 911 Carrera S; Year: 1998; Body Type: Coupe; Total Mileage: 17500;

I recently noticed that the clearcoat is flaking in the area at the bottom of both pillars between the front windshield and the doors. The flaking is limited to the size of a quarter coin in each area. I'm not sure how long the clearcoat has been this way. The paint is not scratched at all in this area. The paint code for my car is L347. How do you recommend that I fix this or given the size of the flaking should I just leave it? My main concern is that I don't want to touch up the area by reclearing it but, I also do not want to see this problem grow into a much bigger problem and I have to repaint a bigger area. And if I do need to reclear the area, should I have the clear blended in just the affected area or should I reclear the entire pillar and the area infront of the windshield where the wipers are mounted? Any recommendations on who could do this work for me in the Northeast?
